Clearvision is the self-service module for Insight which provides company wide access to information and automation of a number of otherwise time consuming procedures such as holiday requests and internal applications. It also provides you with the means to disseminate information to staff in the form of reports and other formats with which managers will at last have the HR information they require to make meaningful decisions.

Employee Self-Service

Clearvision gives employees the opportunity to update their own details such as name and address, doctors details and emergency contacts. To help with compliance with the Data Protection Act, employees can be given access to all of the information held about them in the HR system.

Manager Self-Service

The information provided for managers builds on that for employees with additional features such as absence approval processes and details. When looking to fill a vacancy or build a project team, managers are also able to search for employees with relevant skills.

With Clearvision you will be able to distribute responsibility for a range of data entry and collection activities such as absence entry and new employee setup. Improving your internal communications with announcements, lost and found, etc and providing access to your policies and procedures is simply a matter of setting some user options.
