Wizards guide you through inputting new information quickly and easily, highlighting important areas and creating the records for you. Key processes such as mail merges, promotions and hiring applicants are streamlined and simplified.
Move away from manual files by attaching documents, such as CVs and job descriptions, electronically to the relevant part of the system. Automatically save and link individual mail merged documents to individual's records.
Insight has built-in tools for word processing and reporting, however it can sometimes be useful to transfer information to Word or Excel. Insight is fully integrated with Microsoft Office and such transfers can be done at the click of a button.
Insight takes the pain out of mail merging by creating pre-defined merges for standard documentation. We will show you how to link your existing Word templates to Insight to easily produce your contracts of employment, recruitment, training and salary letters.
By telling the system when probations reviews are due, when disciplinary reviews need to take place and when training needs must be fulfilled by, reminders will automatically appear when these tasks become due. You can also create ad-hoc reminders and specify who is to receive them. If you are using the Tasks facility in Microsoft Outlook, reminders can appear within it.
