applicants are internal or external, their details can be loaded
quickly with the help of a Wizard.
Letters and Administration

documentation throughout the recruitment process - linking the
documents produced to the relevant applicant's record for complete

Organising Interviews
- again wizards walk you through the process of administering
interviews and can schedule interviews for multiple applicants over
several days if required. Multiple interview panel members can be
set up and these can be individually alerted by e-mail of the
interview schedule the system has created.
