Designed to guide you through the recruitment process, from identifying vacancies through to appointing successful candidates, selecthr:insight Recruitment will track applicants, generates communications and provide useful analysis and management information reports.

Creating Vacancies - the system will help you compare budgeted and actual headcount figures and create vacancies. Full details of recruitment sources and costs can also be analysed. Wizards help with the entry of new vacancies to ensure maximum flexibility and consistency.

Managing Applicants - whether applicants are internal or external, their details can be loaded quickly with the help of a Wizard.

Letters and Administration - wizards help with the production of letters, contracts and other documentation throughout the recruitment process - linking the documents produced to the relevant applicant's record for complete online documentation of the recruitment process.

Organising Interviews - again wizards walk you through the process of administering interviews and can schedule interviews for multiple applicants over several days if required. Multiple interview panel members can be set up and these can be individually alerted by e-mail of the interview schedule the system has created.

Selection Process - recording the progress of each applicant will allow you to produce all letters automatically, ensuring that people are informed quickly and accurately. When the successful candidates have been chosen, the system will automatically create their employee record.

Analysis and Reports - selecthr:insight Recruitment has a built-in report writer that contains many standard reports to assist in the recruitment process and help to analyse how effective it has been.
